"THE TRAVELING MERCENARY" In-Person Sales
Starting in 2024, I am accepting all cash in-person sales (or Venmo / PayPal) at events, expos, and/or public meetings (i.e. coffee shops, etc.). No personal residences. Taxes are processed via Lulu Press, Inc. ( www.lulu.com ) for me. All physical copies are printed and shipped through Lulu Press, Inc. with taxes paid before they reach my doorstep, while eBooks & outside selling platform's paperbacks are sold and shipped through Lulu's various retail partners. All of my sales are additionally tracked by me, and I pay my taxes at the end of the year like anyone else after Lulu Press, Inc. sends me end-of-the-year tax information.

As a Paying Guest, The Traveling Mercenary has frequented various festivals, events, and other gatherings. Examples of this would be the Colorado Renaissance Festival (2011-present), Arizona Renaissance Festival (2014), and El Rancho De Las Golondrinas/Santa Fe Renaissance Fair (2015, 2016, 2018). Unless otherwise stated specifically, The Traveling Mercenary IS NOT associated with the Colorado Renaissance Festival (CRF), Arizona Renaissance Festival (ARF), El Rancho De Las Golondrinas/Santa Fe Renaissance Fair (SRF), or other such festivals, events, & gatherings (such as the Colorado Medieval Festival, GalaxyFest, Starfest, etc). CRF & other such venues (listed above) employ their own wonderful casts & staff, in which The Traveling Mercenary is not part of.
A great number of The Traveling Mercenary's photographs come from CRF & other such festivals, events, & gatherings and we want to clarify the separation of The Traveling Mercenary and those organizations in relation to The Traveling Mercenary's attendance as a Paying Guest.

As an Employee, Jason J Albano has been employed by the Colorado Renaissance Festival (2013, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024), El Rancho De Las Golondrinas/Santa Fe Renaissance Fair (2016, 2018), Festival of Faerie (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019), and SpookOut~ShootOut (2017, 2018, 2021) in various capacities as a volunteer cast member, volunteer street cast member, entertainer, seasonal paid street cast member, event paid cast member, seasonal paid staff member, independent contractor, or as/through another monetary element and/or where reasonable favors were exchanged for services as a cast, entertainer, event, or staff member (i.e. free tickets, food, etc.).
In these cases, Jason J Albano's employment/cast/entertainer/event/staff status WAS NOT in condition to or attached with "Giovanni Salzano the Traveling Mercenary" or as "The Traveling Mercenary". In these cases, Jason J Albano WAS NOT ACTING in any employment/cast/entertainer/event/staff/independent contractor status as "Giovanni Salzano the Traveling Mercenary" or as "The Traveling Mercenary", rather he was acting as a generic mercenary, as "Salzano", "Giovanni Salzano", "Mercenary", or as "The Mercenary", but NEVER, EVER as "Giovanni Salzano the Traveling Mercenary" or as "The Traveling Mercenary" as it relates to established Book Copyrights (see above) of © 2016, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 to the best of Jason J Albano's knowledge.

If you request to take a photo with The Traveling Mercenary, whether it be at a Festival or Event where we are paying guests (or cast, depending on the venue's rules & policies) or at a multimedia production, I (Jason J Albano) may ask you to send that photo to me (via my business card, see below) and ask you if I can use that photo with you in it (I respect the right of Parents & Legal Guardians to speak for their children).

Accidental Usage Without Permission (Photography / Film)
The Traveling Mercenary has found himself at various venues, both as Paying Guests & as Cast. He has also been in film in various County / State Parks, Open Spaces, & National Forest land. I have always sought Park Ranger and / or Law Enforcement approval before such usage if needed. In the event that one of my Multimedia Productions have found their way to have your direct person(s) within the Production, please contact me immediately via email if you wish to not have your person(s) in the Production. Accidents do happen and it is possible that you accidentally walked through a scene we were filming or you were indirectly captured by the camera or video camera from a distance (but not directly focused in on the scene). I will take all resources available to me to remove you from the Production, but please understand the limitations of various equipment, software, and ownership (if it is not my Production or film equipment) I am working with to achieve a desirable outcome.
